OK guys, I'm not dead. I missed one week and I got out of the habbit of writing an email every week so I just didn't... Buuuuut New Transfer New Me!!!!!!
So a lot has happend in the past while and Ima summerize it in fun stories
College Party?!?!?:
When I first got to Plymouth the college here (Plymouth state) was still in session and we were at our apartment at around 8:30. When we were about to call it a night and we heard some music playing outside so we decided we were going to go check it out so we put our shoes back on and started walking towards the sound and we ended up seeing a college party in front of a house down the street!!!! There was country music playing and like 35 college kids all with drinks in their hands so we walked past it and I thought it would be really fun to go and invite them to church but me and Elder Taylor were a little nervous. So we walked past again and were debating going over and talking to them and after about 15 seconds of thought we decided to go!!!! So we walked in with a plan, we were going to invite them to church for a couple minutes then leave so we went up there and we invited one or two and then we were giving out pass along cards which have pictures of Jesus on them. I gave a pretty drunk guy one and he asked if it was a picture of Jesus and I told him it was and then he screamed "EVERYONE GET A JESUS CARD!!!!" a couple times!!! Then EVERYONE came up to us and we gave out cards until we had none left!!!! So that was my 1st college party and it was on my mission!!!!
Carrol: During my 1st transfer this crazy thing happend!!! We had had a FACEBOOK FIND the other week and we were having a lesson with their family at the church where we answered a good amount of their questions and gave them some passages to read in the Book Of Mormon. After the lesson we were talking about how it went and saw a car come to the church. We thought it could be a member, but as she got closer, we realized it was a woman we had found a couple weeks ago, had 2 lessons with, but who then dropped us…Or so we thought. Turns out it was her!!! She knocked on the church door and we opened it for her. She said that her phone # switched and she's wanted to get in contact with us!!! We ended up giving a chapel tour and invited her to come to church to hear me speak. And she came!!! Then during our lesson this week we put her on date for BAPTISM!!!! AAAANDDDD I was on exchanges with Another elder when we put her on date and she said to me "Can I tell you something? You're cute. You're a cutie" then she pointed to the other Elder and said "You, Ehhhh" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Yeah she's not on date anymore. She was a witch. Literally. Like a white witch. That's what she told us before she said she's done.
I've seen the Lords Hand all throughout these past couple months!!!!!
GOD IS GOOD!!!!!!
ANYWAYS I'm still in Plymouth and I was with Elder Taylor for 2 transfers(3 Months). We had a blast and I learned so much from him!! Now I'M TRAINING!!!!! My new comp is fresh from the MTC and his name is Elder Ellis!!!!!! I'm super excited to get this transfer rollin and get to know the heck out of him!!!
