You guys!!! This week has been Busy, let's get into it!!!


Highlights:


-We had a lesson this Saturday with someone in a Partmember family that hadn't been taught in a while!! We found her via a initiative my mission is doing to call 30 people a day in areabook. The lesson could've gone better, she's older and she was having a hard time comprehending everything and her mind was wondering. But we made her laugh a couple times and it felt great to raise her spirits!!!


-We knocked a ton, as usual and we didn't have much success in finding but there was one guy that after we knocked his door and he didn't open it, he came out the back and started talking to us and said that he'd talked with missionaries in the past but wasn't interested. He said he was super appreciative of what we were doing!!!! (During a couple of our 30 calls a day people said the same kind of thing!!! [Like they weren't interested but appreciated us and what we do] That made me feel really good!!!)


-We were at McDonald's and the cashier put her hand out and at first I was confused cuz I paid card, but then she said that she wanted to shake my hand!!! Turns out she grew up a member but she went to one of the wards around here when she moved out here(10-15 years ago) and it wasn't the most welcoming, that was kind of sad to hear but she was super appreciative as well and asked a ton of questions!!!!


Scripture!!!!!! This is Ether 12:18 "And neither at any time hath any wrought miracles until after their faith; wherefore they first believed in the Son of God." it's a baller scripture and everyone loves miracles and it's a good reminder that those come AFTER faith!!!
